offered this year is
Aqualeaders. This course
• is for want -to -be instruc-
tors. ,it "teacheshow to
plan lessons- and provide
a safe swimming envi-
ronment. Prerequisites
include being 14 years
old with a swimming
background. The course
' will be offered August. 6
to 9 from 9 a.m.. to 1 p.m.

League 1996 Allstars.
The Tiremen boast
three of the. best pitchers
in the ISC Travel League
this year. Team pitchers
are Brad Underwood,
selected to this year's
National Team and Team
..Ontario, Frank "Cox;

The Tiremen team has
been in existence' for
over 30 years and during.
that time have won many
provincial champi-
onships,
ha ipi-onships, several
Canadian championships,
and countless •tourna-
ments.
The Bluewater
Fastball League (BWFL)
1996 Allstar team fea-
tures the top players in
the BWFL, a League that
has been in existence
since 1981.
This year's BWFL is
home to the Ayton A's,
Belmore Stingers,
, Belmore Bullets,:
Chepstow • Aces,
Jiarriston Mercurys,
Lakeshore Heat .(Port
Elgin), Wingham Colts,
and Wroxeter Rippers..
For these games, the
league has been divided
into a north half and
south half with four
teams each in each half.
Each team in the league •
has selected four players
to represent BWFL at
this event. BWFL Teani
A has representatives
from Ayton, Chepstow,
Lakeshore, and
Wingham. BWFL Team.
B has representatives
from Belmore, Harriston,
and Wroxeter.
This event will be held
at the Chepstow Lions
Ball Park on Thursday,
July 25. The first game is
scheduled to begin at
7:30 "p.m. and will fea-
ture Team B. The second
game is scheduled' to
begin at 9 p.m. and will
feature' Team A.
Admission for the
evening is $2 for children
(under 12),. $5 for adults,
or $10 for a family.
Dolphins win Stratford meet

The Olympic spirit is alive and well at the
Lucknow Pool in the Lucknow Dolphins swim team.
There were excellent performances by all team
members at a July swim meet in Stratford. As a
result, the team earned a first -place finish among
comparable sized teams.
Ott July 13, the Dolphins competed in Goderich
and showed even better results.
Members of the swim team include Laurie Guay,
Melissa Taylor, Lori Blake, Susan Guay, Sarah
Taylor, James Mann, Erin MacKenzie, Corey
Simpson, Russ Mann, Trevor Askes, Amy Blake,
Stephanie Blake, Cindy Willits, Sam Mayer, Jessica
Gilchrist and Laura Sande.
