Ashfreld,Church manse, just south of Lucknow.
The newlyweds took tip:residence at Belfast where they
awned and operated a store and garage for 20 years. Next
came a' time of farming in`'Glammis and then they moved.
to Lucknow in 1963, t0 the home Archie built on Inglis
Street, where they still reside.
The Nicholsons have two children, Donald:and his wife
Helen; of Dungannon, and Helen and ,her husband Doug
Bovers of Goderich; seven grandchildren_and nine great
grandchildren

Two weekend wins advances the local Lancer team to
the Senior 13 finals , .
On Friday night in 11 ildmay, Brad Prtes.tap's seven
points and Brad Murray's sic points led the team to a 8 to 3
victory. Darin Lindsay, Jeff Nesbitt and Chris Michie tal-
lied ;f for three 'goals,,' while Priestap picked' up three and
Murray two.
Assists went to Lindsay, Dan toothy, C. Michie and
SteveMichie.
Adam Skillen was in net for the Lancers.
Skillcn was very strong in the net when the two teams
played here Saturday night, with Lucknow defeating
Mildmay 4 to'l to end this series.

H me -grown talent will have the Lucknow public
school gym rockingwith laughter on Friday, Mar.:29.
Back by special request is the Lucknow' Agricultural
Societt presenting a play ,Henry's Mail Order Wife. The
evening of entertainment is being called a Variety Concert
and other servicee'clubs: in the area have been. invited to
participate
Elizabeth Irvin, president of the Lucknaw Pall Fair's
Hotnecraft Division says their group ,decided to sponsor
,the evening as a means of raising funds for that division
of the fair.
As of Thursday, Irvin said replies had been received
frorni the Legion, 1 ions and Junior Women's Institute that
they ;would be entering a number.
The concert will run *bout 90 minutes. If anyone. is,
interested in sharing their talents, give Irvin, a call at $29
