The for- mer Cora May Percy was born on May 27,.1902, -in Kinloss Township. She was. a daughter of the late William and Marion (MacDonald) Percy. Mrs. Barr is survived by her children, Jack and his wife Joan Barr of R.R. 2, Hotyrood, Doris and her husband, Morley Busheil of Wingham; Russell and his wife, Trixie Barr of Aurora, Percy and his wife, Eileen Barr of Calgary, and Donald Barr of Waterloo. She. is 'alsosurvived by a sister. Winnifred Percy of Kinloss, and a sister -in -taw, Myrtle Percy of Kinloss; 12 grandchildren,' several great grandchildren, and two step grandchildren. Mrs. Barr was predeceased by her husband: John, two brothers Harold and. Alex, and a Sister Hazel Hodgins. Visitation was at the MacKenzie and .McCreath, Funeral Home, Lucknow, where Rev. S. On Sunday,, the members of the ' Lucknow United Church onloyed a pot luck luck dinner following the morning service and then remained to hear the vari- ous reports from the differ- ent groups. The Co-op banquet and meeting on, Saturday evening had to be post- poned for one week due to the adverse weather condi- tions on Saturday. On thursday, Donald Maclntyre passed away at Maitland Manor, Goderich, following a lengthy illness. , Services were held at the South Kinloss Presbyterian Church, Sunday afternoon. Sympathy is extended to these families as they mourn the loss of their loved ones.
