Just remember, please don't drink and drive! For your own safety as well as others! If you arc stopped at a RIDE check and the officer involved suspects you have consumed any alcoholic beverage, they will ask you to provide a sample of your breath into an ALERT machine. \ This -instrument gives the officer a general indication of how much alcohol is actually in your system. You will register a Pass (green light), • a Warnellow light), or a Fail (red light) upon providing ,a sample. A pass response enables you to continue on your way.
