On Sunday last 43 of the Percy
and Barr families gathered at the
Kinloss IViunicipal hall at Holyruud,
to honour Mr, and Mrs, Garth
Tuuner (Cynthia Barr), daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Russell Barr, who
were married in Africa and have
returned here to reside, ' •
After a must delightful afternoon
all enjoyed a delicious sipper
together. We extend sincere
congratulations: to .the newlyweds,
Cynthia's grandmother Cora Barr of
Pinecrest. Manor was happy nal*
present.

Pinecrest news
Monday morning the residents at
Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home
were treated to step dancing by
Rose Pieney of Clinton. This was
followed by a sing -a -long with
Nancy Elliott -Greenwood at ,the
piano.
On October 16,bingo winners
were Iva Young, Isabel Shaw,
Beatrice Pepper and Elizabeth Bolt.
Congratulations.
On October 17 Pinecrest4esidents
decorated the home for Ralloween.
Health Care Aid student Kelly Kirk,
from Conestoga College organized
a pumpkiln contest. The best
pumpkin was made by Isabel Shaw.
