Genealogical
Society meets
Phillipa Borgal was the guest
speaker at the last meeting of the
Huron Branch of Ontario
Genealogical Society. Mrs. Borgal
gave a very interesting talk about
her seventh generation . history
books on two maiden aunts, Hattie
and Bonnety Lloyd. They were an
English family, with some of them
moving to. India and she told of
their lifestyle ' there. She also
described how her brother had been
asked to take their grandfather's
artily medals back to India to his
Regiment, describing the pomp and
salutes, and how he gave s sigh of
relief afterwards.
