• Our Play School, held every
Wednesday morning, got underway
this morning, September 19 under
the capable supervision of Dawn
Tucker and Karen Bridges with a
full,, house of 20 children. These
children range in age from ;three to
five years of age andenjoy a full
morning of songs, stories and crafts.
A number of local children
climbed aboard the big yellow
school bus for their first day in the
Kindergarten programs held at.
Brookside and Kingsbridge Schools.

Jacqui Dawson, daughter of Dave

Lambton College in Sarnia. She is
enrolled in a two year course,
working for her degree in Early
Childhood . Education.
Arlene, Glenn, daughter of Ber-
nice Glenn and Gerrie Olefin, is
also attending Lambton College in
Semite She is enrolled in a two
year course, working towards a
career in Social Services.
Angela Glenn, daughter of Ber-
nice Glenn and Gerrie Glenn, is.
attending Sir Sanford Fleming Col-
lege in Peterborough. She is en-
rolled in a two year course in Exec-
tive Office Administration, and will
specialize in medicine in her second
year.,

College, where she is enrolled in a
two year course for 'Business and
Promotion.
To each and every one of these
young people, we wish every suc-
cess as they prepare to enter their
chosen careers.°
Visiting Evelyn Errington of
Lucknow, for the past week, was
her niece Luella and husband Jerry
Zaborowski of Crivitz, Wisconsin.
Eyelyn lived in Dungannon for
many years.
Jim .Rivett, of Dungannon is out
west in Vanderhoof, British Colum-
bia, visiting his sister Joyce Mason,
who recently lost. her husband as
the • result of a tractor accident.
e 'in Vanderhoof, Jim is also

Rivett. Jim had the pleasrue of
attending the wedding of his niece,
Heather, on September 15.
Ryan. Rivett, grandson of Jim and
Sandra Rivett, has entered the
Kindergarten program at Brookside
School this fall.
Dungannon Agricultural
Society
The Society is pleased and proud
to announce that Sheri Hord, Miss
Dungannon Fair placed as third
runner-up in the recent Miss Mid -
Western Ontario pageant held in
Lucknow on the weekend.
Congratulations, Sheri. We're proud
to have you representing us.
For Brandon Geddes, son -of Jim
and Lisa Geddes, September 13 was
a very special day. He celebrated
his first birthday. His mom and dad
had a big party for him on Sunday,
September 16 in the dining shelter
at the Happy Hollow Camp Ground.
