Recent visitors with Bill and
Dorothy Johnston of the village
were their son Mani and his 'Wife
Birgit and their eight children, and
daughter Margaret and her husband'
Al, and their two children. The
family was home to attend the
MacDonald Node..
Sentinel employee Phyllis Mat-
thews enjoyed a week's vacation
last week, when along with Jan
Hayes they spent sometime in
Tobermory getting back to nature.
Later in the week Phyllis and some
friends went horseback riding, after
promising G.M. Pat at the Sentinel
that she would not fall off the horse
bringing about an extended holiday,
Ruth King and Betty O'Donnell
rearmed recently from a guided tour
of Europe. They noted the fenee.d.
in. protected .forests in most
countries with all brush cleared out,
allowing sunshine to filter in,
keeping the trees largeand healthy. „
