Kinloss Women's Missionary

The, minutes of the previous
meeting were read by secretary,
Ann MacDougall and correspon-
dence was dealt with. Doris MacK-
innon
acK-innon reported on the treasury and
Margaret Keith on the ladies' aid.
Business matters were conducted. A.
reminder to all to save those used
stamps. There will. be ,a memorial
'service for Clair MacDougall at
South Kinlooss Church, August 26 at
2:00 pm. -

answered as to a fact of another
religion or culture.

responded to by Blanche Needham.
Muriel MacKenzie led in the
closing prayer. Grace was sung. A
delicious lunch was served by hos-
tess and directors.
The next meeting will be Septem-
ber 4 at 8:00 p.m. at the church,
hosted by Marion Campbell.

There will be a community picnic
at Purple Grove Sunday Afternoon
Aug. 19. Games will begin at three
o'C1ock, four o'clock . they plan to
serve lunch brought by the attenda-
nts. Corn and drinks will be prov-
ided. Organizers hope there will be
a good turn out. The Grove has had
,several work bees and the centre is
showing much improvement but as
usual thereds a lot more .to b0'done
and if you have an afternoon or
moaning or both to spare contact

settle down for the last month of
