Big Reception to Returned Soldier -
Robert Barbour, son of Mr. Archie Bar-
bour, and the late Mrs. 'Barbour of town
arrived m Lucknow : with his '
bride, ext'Tussdaay'night of this week Mr.
Barbour is the last Lucknow, soldier to
return from overseas, and there. was a
monster crowd accompanied by the

welcome home.

- Amid, :many touching farewells,
members of the 07th and 100th Batteries
who have ,been in Barracks at Listowel
for some time, left fie camp on Satur•
.day Late. that afternoon, after a period
of "open house" at the barracks, the
troops marched to the depot and straight
into the waiting train. - Among these
sobers are quite a number of begat from

Steal Dregs from Lucknow Medical
.Centre - Drugs were stolen from the
• Medical -Centres in Lucknow and Ripley
On the weekend and police say there are
still ho suspects.
Thieves gained entry at the Lgcknow
Medical Centre by prying open the north,
rear doer with a tire, iron. They took
drags frgn the refrigerator and clapboard
in the drug storage room and ransacked
•the doctors' medical bags. The main in- .
tent of the break and ontezappears to, be
the theft of drugs because the main office
are and th medical centre's safe 'were
left undisturbed.
The thieves stole .four ampules of
.dennerol, 20 ampules of talwin and a box
of syringes.
