By-law No, 23, 1986 of the
County of Huron restricts and
regulates thedestruction of
trees by cutting, bulldozing, or
other means. Thepurpose is
to improve and preserve'the:
woodlands of the 'County.
These restrictions do not in-
clude cutting .of trees for the
landowner's own use, such as
fuel wood, and is specific as
to the sizes of various species
that may be logged for com-�
inertial purposes.
Failure to comply with this By-
law
ylaw may result in prosecution,
with a fine or imprisonment,
upon conviction. ;' • ;r

Notice is hereby given to all persons' in possession, of land, in ac-

ccordance with. the Weed Control Act, 1988 Statues of Ontario, 1988
Chapter 51 Sections 3,16 and 23 that unless noxious weeds grow-
ing on their lands within the Municipality of Township of Huron
are destroyed by date of JUNE 2nd, 1990 and throughout the season,
the Municiaplity may enter upon the said lands and have the weeds
destroyed, charging the costs against the land, as set out in the Act.
