PUBLIC NEEDING CONCERNING A
PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW
FOR DUNGANNON
TAKE NOTICE that the Council 01 the ,Corporation et the Tom
of West Waw will hold a public open house, as indicated below,
to consider the propoeed zoning by-Iaw for DUNGANNON.
OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULE
TUESDAY, JUNE 19,, 1990

The oPen houses are deemed to be public meetings under Section
34(12) of the Planning Act; they provide a flexible timetable to emit
the majority of ratepayers and an qty to consider and discuss
specific concerns. Everyone is welcome to drop by anytime to discuss
he by-law with Council and/or a County Planner. -
The proposed zoning by-law affects DUNGANNON as shown on the
attached map below. It implements the West Wawanosh Secondary
Plan by establishing land use control and zones in the Hamlet.
ANY PERSON may attend the public open house andfor make writ-
ten or verbal representation either.in support of or in'oppossition to
the proposed. toning by*Iaw. Any written comments should be receiv-
ed by the Township clerk -Treasurer before Friday, (lune 22,1990.
