the Third Anuuml Hockey Banquet held

year.
Special trophies presented included the
Stewart Mann Memorial Trophy for
leadingscorer, presented by Eldon Mann
to Justin Murray; The Claude Gudy
Masonry Trey, for goals against was
awarded to Adam Skilhen, who was not
present, by RandyGuay; and the Allan
McIntyre Memorial Trophy, for most
valuable defenseman m -the atom divi-
sion, presented by Olive Needham to
Stuart Rintoul.
The Mothers' Auxiliary to Minor Sp its
had a very.successful year, a credit to

Mica Director, Bill Hunter, in his
closing comments remarked on the .

The Minor Hockey Committee was set
up to work cloaely with the recreation
department in making decisions regar-
ding the minor hockeyoperations. The
present committee incudes Gerald Mur-
ray as chairman, Bruce Skillen, Duncan
Campbell, .Linda. Stick lend, Murray Mot,
fat, Neil Rintoul and Hugh Todd. Four
members are required for next year in
order for the coianaiittee to .function pro-
perly. Mr. Murray's and Mr. Skillen's
terms are up this year, however they are
eligible to sit again if they are interested.

the 'Third Annual Hockey Banquet held
last Saturday evening at the Community

Town and Country Club,
The Lncknow Town and „country Club
met on April 2 in the Lucknow Legion
Hall, and enjoyed a pot luck meal at
12030 p.m.
Joan Robinson opened the muting at 2
p.m. Following the rolleall and minutes
of the previous meeting, Maurice Audet
and his wife Betty, showed slides of their
trip to France. Mr. Audet is Zone
representative USO. The informative
arm chair tour took us through
cathedrals, Churches, museums, art
galleries and cemeteries.
Members are reinlnded of the June bus
trip to Geritol Follies in Hamilton, and
the Space Walk in May.
