The call to worship was a poem, Reliveth, givenby Norma Rintoul. Vera Falconer read two poems on March. The . scripture reading was given by Norma from ` Mark 14:10-26 and the meditation followed with a paper called, A Time to Remember God's Love and ,Know and Enjoy Christ, followed with , prayer. .• Mildred A. Pardon- read;.* poem. called The Lenten Intention. Norma gave the topic suggestions for a great decade. Eight answered the rollcall with a verse containing the word spring. A WMS Sunday will be held May 6 with Mrs. Don Robertson as speaker. The April meeting will be a week later on the 25th at the home of Vera Falconer. Mrs. Falconer reported on the shut-in visiting for • march. Visitors for April are Norma Rantoul and Agnes ,Gaunt. The offered was received, followed by a hymn ,and the meeting closed with prayer. Everyone attending the card party at the Purple Grove Centre on Friday evening had a good time. The winners were Marion Emerson, Marilyn Reid, Megan Mac- Donald, Douglas Forster, Glen Haldenby and Cecil Sutton. Thanks to John and .. Joyce Farrell and family for organizing the evening.
