Louisa Belle MacDonald
Louisa Belle MacDonald, a retired
teacher, of Oakridge Village Nursing
Home died on October 3, 1987 at the age of
91.
She was born on June 27, 1896 in Mon-

The Lucknow United Church was the set-
ting for the lovely double ring ceremony of
Barbara Ann Maize and Alan Richard
Joseph Voisin on Saturday, August 29,
1987. Rev. Gerald McFarlane officiated
the ceremony while the organist was Tony
Stickings of Kincardine.
The bride is the daughter of Gordon and
Joan Maize of Lucknow. The groom is the
son of Will and Rena Voisin of Teeswater.
Carrie Murray, Riley, a friend of the
bride, was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids included Arlene Vogel,
Waterloo and Judy Sanderson, Lucknow,
both friends of the bride. Junior
bridesmaid was Alanna Anderson of Strat-
ford, Niece of the bride. Flowergirl was
Christy Voisin, Teeswater, niece of the
Groom. Jonathan McGee of Goderich,
nephew of the bride. was ringbearer.
The bestman for the ceremony was
Brent Maize Of Orillia, brother of the
bride. The guests were ushered by Kevin
Voisin of Heidelberg, brother of the groom
and Paul Murray,1Ripley, friend of the
groom. Junior usher was Shane Cloutier,
Orillia, nephew of the bride.
Dinner and reception was held at the
Lucknow Community Centre. Following
the honeymoon in Ottawa and Niagra
Falls, the happy couple returned to their
home in Kitchener. Al is an electronics
technician at Unitron Industries while
Brab is a secretary at Crown Delivery and

DI CARLO-Brad and Jeannetta and
daughter Sara of Guelph are pleased to an-
nounce the birth of a daughter, Amy
Elizabeth, on September 7, 1987 at the
Guelph Memorial Hospital. Amy, who
weighed in at 7 lbs, 7 ozs, is the fourth
grandchild for Jean Johnston of Lucknow
and Ernest and Marg Di Carlo of Guelph.
MILTENBURG-Don and Jennifer Milten-
burg of RR7 Lucknow are happy to an-
nounce the safe arrival of their son,
Patrick Ryan, on October 14, 1987 at St.
Joseph's Hospital. London. Patrick weigh-
tana, USA to the late John A. MacDonald
and Catherine Ross.
Miss MacDonald was predeceased by a
brother John MacDonald and a sister
Florence MacDonald.
Funeral services were conducted from
the MacKenzie and McCreath Funeral
Home, Lucknow on Monday, October 5 by
Rev. Gerald MacFarlane of Lucknow
United Church. Burial was in Lochalsh
ed in at 71bs, l0ozs at birth and is a brother
for Alex in heaven. Poud grandparents
are Ries and Marie Miltenburg of RR7
Lucknow and Dennis and Kathy Sinnett of
Detroit.
VOISIN-Stephen and Vicki Voisin of RR2'
Lucknow are pleased to announce the safe
arrival of their second daughter,
Stephanie Ann. She is a wee sister for
Shauna. Stephanie joined the family Oc-
tober 1, 1987 at the Alexander and Marine
Hospital, Goderich. Proud grandparents
are Ronald and Agnes Delbergue of
Lucknow and Magnus and Betty Voisin of
Formosa. Stephanie is the great grand-
daughter of Mrs. Eugene Voisin of
Mildmay, Mr. Julien Delbergue of Port
Albert and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ernewein
of Walkerton.

the high double with 297. Bill Turdon and
Gordon Johnstone came in second and
third both with a single of 151 and a double
of 288.
Marie Park rolled high single for the
ladies with 203 and a double of 355. Anne
Johnston beat Marie's high double by a
single point as she had 356 double and a
single of 196. Belle Herbet was third with
scores of 191 single and 350 double.
The fifth meeting of the St. Helen's Hap-
py Harvesters was held recently at the St.
Helen's Hall. There were eight members
in attendance who answered the roll call
by presenting a speech promoting Ontario
fruit.
The group discussed what kinds of
vegetables go well in salads and completed
an activity on tossed salad ingredients.
They learned how to grow sprouts and
everyone was given some to take home
Lisa Dickson, of Port Albert, and Jim Ged-
des, of RR 6 Goderich, wre married at
Dungannon United Church on September 12,
1987. Rev. Robert Roberts officiated. The
bride is the daughter of Tom and Dianne
Dickson of Port Albert. The groom is the
son of Ron and Delila Geddes of RR 6
Goderich. Maid of honor was Lori Dickson,
sister of the brideof Port Albert.
Bridesmaids were Kim Dickson, sister of
the bride; Michele Dickson, sister of the
bride; Rhonda Dickson, cousin of the bride,
all of Port Albert; and, Michelle Andrew,
cousin of the bride, of Lucknow. Best man
was Mark Jenkins, friend of the groom, of
Goderich. Ushers were Mike Geddes,
brother of the groom, of Goderich; Rob Ged-
des, brother of the groom, of London; Rick
Geddes, brother of the groom, of London;
and, Chris Geddes, brother of the groom, of
RR 6 Goderich. Following a reception at
Saltford Valley Hall, the couple left for a
honeymoon to Niagara Falls. They have
taken up residence in Dungannon.

punch.
