TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the Township of Huron will
take into consideration the passing, and if approved, will pass at its meeting to be held on Oc-
tober 19, 1987, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at the Huron Township Council
Chambers in the Village of Ripley, Ontario, the following By-law:
A By-law for stopping up and selling part of the original Shore Road Allowance in front of
Lots 8, 9 and 10, Concession A, in the Township of Huron, in the County of Bruce.
The Council will at the aforesaid time and place hear in person or by his counsel, solicitor
or agent, any person who claims that his lands will be prejudicially affected by the By-law and
who applies to be heard.
The proposed By-law and Plans showing the portions of the road allowance being dosed may
be seen at the office of the undersigned or at the office of the Clerk at the Township of Huron.
