Storytelling Have you ever heard of a `professional storyteller'? Well, there is such a thing and on Sunday, September 27th at the Lucknow United Church, Helen Carmichael Porter of Toronto will bring the Bible alive at the Rally Day morning worship. She will also conduct a workshop on this theme in the church in the afternoon. Storytelling has the power to challenge, heal and transform individuals and whole communities. Helen says sees her ministry as an art form as she brings her talents to churches, schools and prisons alike. No matter what your faith, you are in- vited to come and hear how the stories we know so well can be given new life under the direction of a professional storyteller.
