Kathleen Glen high lady at recent Dungannon card party
Sympathy is extended to Frank Glenn
and family on the death of a dear wife,
mother and grandmother Mary (Cooe)
Glenn in her 86th year. Burial was in
Dungannon Cemetery on Saturday
afternoon.
There were 12 tables of euchre played at
the Seniors Centre on Wednesday evening.
High lady was Kathleen Glen, low lady
Bertha Olson. High man Thys Groen and
low man Mel Jones. Door prizes were won
by Carman Pollock and Margaret
Errington.
Don't forget to treat good old Dad to a
beef dinner on Father's Day by attending
the Nile UC barbeque.
Anyone interested in joining the Nile UC

Debbie Park.
Irvine and Colleen Edy recently attend-
ed the marriage of Lyn Aubin and Robert
MacKay at Mount Carmel UC at Mor-
riston, the reception was held at the
Puslinch Community Centre. Lyn is the
daughter of Don and Jean Aubin, former
Dungannon residents who resided in the
home now owned by Leonard and Olive
Chisholm.
Congratulations to Carol Ann Smyth,
daughter of George and Judy Smyth, who
graduated from Guelph University with a
degree m psychology on June 3 and to Judy
Carmichael, daughter of Don and Sharon
Pengelley, who graduated from UWO on
June 9.
Melba and Ed Stiles have recently
returned from a trip to Great Britain.
While in Northern Ireland, they had a brief
but delightful visit with Molly and John
Whiteside in Dungannon.
Many in the ares, including the
members of the Goderich Legion, will
remember Molly who came to help us
celebrate our 125th anniversary of what
she calls the other Dungannon.
Molly sends her love and asks to be
remembered to all the dear friends she
met during her stay among us.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Frank of Kitchener
enjoyed a visit on Saturday afternoon with
Mel Jones.
Company over the weekend with Irvine
and Colleen Eedy were son Bob and
children Megan, Jennifer and Tim of
Mississauga and daughter Martha and
friend Peter Stewart of Stratford.
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Taylor,
Giesbrecht nee Margaret McWhinne' who
were married on Saturday. Margaret is
the daughter of Bill and Ruby McWhinney
of Ashfield Township.
Congratulations to Allan Dyck and Dawn
McLeod whose marriage took place Satur-
day, June 13 at Wesley Willis United
Church, Clinton. Allan is the son of Mrs.
