This group of young ladies recently graduated from the Dungannon Explorer group to the
CGIT group (Canadian Girls in Training). Taking part in last Tuesday evening's

Presbyterian church holds special,
124th anniversary service Sunday
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Guest visited on Sun-
day with Mr. and Mrs. Wally Waechter
and family at Formosa.
Mrs. John Barr of here, Mr. and Mrs.
Morley Bushell of Wingham and. Miss
Margaret Bushell of Goderich visited on
Wednesday with Mrs. Ross McTavish at
Shakespeare.
Mr. and Mrs. Don Bertrand and family
of Simcoe spent 1st weekend with Miss
Winnifred Percy and Bill and Brian Percy.
Visitors during the week with Edna and
May Boyle were Mr. and Mrs. John Scott,
Mr. and Mrs. Sam Finnie and daughter
Gabrielle of Ripley, Rev. and Mrs. George
Garratt of Kincardine.
Pastor and Mrs. M. Christiansen were
guests at the Alemu-Scheurwater wedding
on Saturday. The pastor officiating at the
ceremony.
Mrs. Gertrude Walsh and Mrs. Margaret
Bannerman of Kincardine called on
friends here on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Brian Thompson and fami-
ly of Kincardine Township and Mr. and
Mrs. Morley Bushell of Wingham visited
with'Mr. and Mrs. Don Bushell.
Mrs. Helen Morris of Kincardine visited
with Mr. and Mrs. Edbert Bushell.
Mr. and Mrs. Don Bushell were to Cooks-
teon attending the funeral of Mrs. Nielsen
(Sr. ). We extend sympathy to Kurt and
Janet and other family members.

day afternoon.
Pastor and Mrs. M. Christensen were to
Milton attending the funeral of a dear
friend.
The Kinlough Presbyterian Church
marked the 124th anniversary services on
Sunday morning and evening with a
former minister, Rev. Robert Shaw, as
guest preacher for both services. Mrs.
Lorraine MacPherson was organist,
special music by the choir with guest
soloist Mrs. Elizabeth McKagree of
Teeswater.
On Sunday morning the Anglican Con-
gregation had a special parish service on
Evangelism when the guest speaker's
were Walter Marshal and his wife Lois.
Both talked of their call of God to the
Church ministry. Presiding at the organ
was Miss Edna Boyle and Mrs. Harvey
Cooper. Special songs from the modern
song book were sung. It was a lovely, in-
spiring service with a luncheon
afterwards.
So glad Mrs. Jack Barr who underwent
major surgery in St. Joseph's Hospital was
able to return home on Monday.
