The Lucknow Presbyterian Church held its 114th Anniversary ser-
vice Last Sunday with Rev. John Congram (right) of St. Mark's
'Presbyterian Church in Don Mills as the guest minister. The church
choir, through generous donations, were wearing new choir gowns
for the occasion. The new gowns were dedicated by Rev. Allison Ram-
say during the Palm Sunday Service at the church on April 12. (Alan

dies at age 59

Jennigje VanderKlippe of Stauffer
Street in Lucknow died at Victoria
Hospital in London on Friday, May 1. She
was 59.
Born in Heino, Holland on January 31,
1928, she was the daughter of the late Dirk
Stegeman sand the, late Junte Stegeman.
She married Gerry VanderKlippe on May
20, 1953 in Heino, Holland.
Mrs. VanderKlippe was a member of the
Christian Reformed Church in Lucknow.
She is survived by her children, Bill and
Hilda of RR 5 Lucknow; Derick and An-
nette of Mississauga; Marg and Henry
DeBoer of Woodstock; Alice and Leo
Blydorp of Orangeville; Linda and Ralph
Haverkamp of Clinton; six brothers and
sisters in Holland and 11 grandchilden.
The funeral service was held from the
Lucknow Christian Reformed Church on
Monday, May 4 with Rev. Dwayne Thielke
officiating. The active pallbearers were
Eric Exel, Ben Maloa, Norman Bolt,
Albert Lennips, Jerry Meurs, and Henk De
Greef.
A graveside service was held at the
place of interment - South Kinloss
Cemetery.
