Several invitations were received to at-
tend functions at other churches in the
near future.
Mrs. Gordon Morrison continued the
study, choosing the Apostle "Andrew". He
became a real soul -winner, his specialty
was bringing the people to Jesus. It was he
who brought the boy and his lunch to Jesus
and the 5,000 were fed.
The Benediction was repeated and all
members joined Units 2 and 3 in the

p.m. Volunteer help and food was secured
for this occasion. Mrs. Hunter gave the
other announcements and closed this part
of the meeting with prayer..
The three units then assembled in the
fellowship room where about 35 ladies en-
joyed an Easter program with Mrs. Eldon
Bradley presiding.
After welcoming the ladies, she gave a
brief comparison of spring and Easter.
The worship table was centred with a
white cross on a purple cloth, Christ's
lighted candle and a spring bouquet of daf-

the worship was "Our Lenten Journey and
Light along the Way". Following the call to

Scriptures and responses with an Easter
hymn sung between each reader. Other

hymn.
Mrs. Bradley gave a brief resume of the
recent study of the indigenous natives of
the world. Mrs. Gordon Cayley then show-
ed the filmstrip "If We Lose Our Land". It
was most evident that it was the need to be
superior, that was responsible for the op-
pression of these • natives. A brief discus-
sion followed and -all repeated the
"Aboriginal Charter of Rights."
Mrs. Harvey Webster played the new
Australian national Anthem with Mrs.
Bradley reading the verse. Mrs. Webster
also played another lively song from
Australia. She then gave a most in-
teresting talk on her recent trip to
Australia, where she visited with Mrs.
Jessie Alton, formerly of Lucknow.
Together they toured many places in
Australia and New Zealand. She had many
souvenirs and pictures on display.
Mrs. Bradley gave the courtesies and all
repeated the Benediction and sang the
Grace. The committee served
refreshments and a social time was
