At present husbands and wives who are both working can take ad- vantage of this type of saving, while one - income families cannot. Tax deductions for child care in the home as well as outside the home. We hope that your readers will tell governments that they do not want to pay a huge tax increase for a universal day care program which would make everyone pay for child care for affluent double income families, and by forcing mothers to work to pay these taxes, would deprive children of their right to be cared for by their own mothers.
