boys came out against the Blyth B team
and with skates flashing they defeated
them 6-1. Eric Andrews scored five goals
while David Adams had one goal.

against Brussels. Once the boys started,
there was no stopping them. Lucknow

On Monday, March 23, the fans at the Ripley, but were unable to repeat their
comeback performance.
Lucknow Arena were treated to great
come -from -behind hockey as the Lucknow
boys were down by four going into the

Lucknow 8 - Ripley 6
Lucknow opened the scoring when Justin
Murray potted the first of four for the
night. Ripley wasted no time and evened
the score only to see Lucknow's Dale
Priestap again beat goalie Houghton.
Ripley then came back with five
unanswered goals to take a four -goal lead.
Lucknow then got fired up and lead by
three more from Murray two from Chris
Stevenson, and an empty netter from
Peter Neufeld to wrestle the game away
from Ripley.
On Thursday, Lucknow travelled to
Ripley 5 - Lucknow 3
Lucknow took the lead on two goals by
Brad Rhody, assisted by Dennis Park and
Rob Crich and a goal by Adrian Rau
assisted by Terry Stanley.
This game it was Ripley's turn to come
back in the third period scoring four times
before Justin Murray scored the final goal
with just 15 seconds left.
It is certainly pleasant to see how well
the boys have learned to control their
tempers and have stayed out of the penalty
box.
The series finishes this week with a
home gargle on Monday and perhaps two
away games;
