Study, study, study
Study ! study ! study ! Grade 4 and 5, Por-
table 2 students are studying vegetables•in
Mr. Culp's Grade 4-5 class. They don't
know very many of them. One of the
vegetables they don't know is the fid-
dlehead. By the name it sounds like it has a
fiddle for a head! Also, the watercress.
There are vegetables from parts of the
world that some pe6ple have never heard
of. They looked in the newspaper and
guess what they found. Well, Mr. Culp
found it for them - an advertisement for a
Stokes seed catalogue - and they decided to
send for help. So, they wrote to Stokes and
the catalogue should be coming anyday
now.
The Grade 4-5 reporters are Kerri
Snowden and Tanya Maclnnes.
