Huron County Waste Management Master Plan
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
and OPEN HOUSE
The Waste Management Master Plan Stage 2B Preliminary Report
("Analysis of Alternatives") is now available for public review. The
Stage 2B Preliminary Report makes recommendations about ways
for managing waste in Huron County, including waste diversion
and waste disposal, and also identifies candidate landfill site
areas.
Public meetings to discuss this Report have been scheduled. for:

The Open Houses provide an opportunity to drop in and review
the information contained in the Stage 2B Preliminary Report, and
to discuss questions or concerns with staff and the consultants on
an individual basis.
Copies of the Stage 2B Preliminary Report are available for loan
at all main branch libraries in Huron County, at all municipal
offices, or at the Huron County Department of Planning and.
Development. A newsletter which provides a summary of the key
findings of the Report can be obtained from the Department of
Planning and Development.

In the seasert •opener Dundalk
banded the Lancers their first loss
with a 6 - count with An Clark,
Dale Priestap, Don Elliott, Paul
Maclutyre and Steve Simpson
scoring for the local boys.
Ou to Tiverton where Adam
Skillen backstopped the Lancers to
a 5 ' 4 win. Art Clark's second
goal of the game in the third was
the winner with Steve Simpson,
Grant Gilchrist and Mike Whiteroft
adding singles.

starts off with a bang
The Lucknow Pee Wee A team
started their season with a bang
when they defeated Ayton 8 to L
Goals for Lucknow were scored
by Jeff Porter, Ed Courtney, Mike
Menary, Mike Puddy, with assists
to Glen Ferguson, Ed Couriney and
Kevin Rintoul.
Both teams played well with
excellent goal tending by the Ayton
goalie.

The Lucknow Pee Wee A team
played at home Saturday, Novem-
• ber 16 hosting a strong skating
Teeswater club.
Goal tending for Lucknow was
shared by Ryan Courtney and Tyler
Brooks.
• Most of the scoring occurred in
the first period, with Teeswater
netting four and Luclmow two. Ed
Courtney and Colin Becker scored
for Lucknow with assists going to
Lee Drennan and Mike Menary.
Mike Menary added one more for
Lucknow in the second- period,
assisted by Doug Johnston and Ed
Courtney. •
Lucknow's only goat in the third
period came from Colin Becker
assisted by -Ed Courtney.. ----
Teeswater added three more to
take home a 7 to 4 win.
Coaches for the team this year are
Mike Courtney, Glenn Ferguson,
Kent Alton, assisted by Murray
• Moffat.
Centreman Jeff Porter is out with
torn ligaments. Hopefully the team
will be back to full strength soon.
