The open house format is deemed to be,'a public Meeting .under Section
34(12) of the Planning. Act; it provides a flexible timetable `to suit the
majority of ratepayers and an opportunity to consider and'diseuSs spe-
cific concerns. Everyone is welcome to drop by anytime to discuss' the
by-law with. Council and/or a County Planner:. ' • .•
The proposed zoning by-law affects the Township. of West Wawanosh as
shown on the attached map below. If implements the West Wawanosh
Secondary -Plan by establishing land. use controls and zones in the
Township. , w

PERSON may attend the public ,meeting and/or written or verbal'
representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed zon-
ing by-law. Any other written comments should be received by the
Township Clerk -Treasurer before Wednesday, October 30, ;1991.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed zoning by-law is -
available for inspection . at the Township Office during normal business
hours, or ,alternatively by contacting the Huron County Planning
Department (524-2188), In addition, a draft -copy ,of the proposed by-
law will be sent, for information purposes, to all 'owners of property as
noted on the latest revised assessment records; this copy wilibe mailed
on October 9, 1991. Additional copies will be available. at the Township
Office.
