Kindergarten has been an exciting
place this month. We have learned
to read. -We can read most of our
colour words. We, just -made a . big
book about colours, what great
artists we are. "The Pooh Bear"
gets to take this book home for one
night to share with his/her family.
It's fun to be the Pooh Bear and
help the teacher.

Our class went on .a trip too West
Wawanosh. It was fun. We got our
pictures taken today. We -are doing
animal centres. For art we made
animals that hang from the ceiling.
We made plasticine animals and we
are doing map and globe centres.

We have been working on, being
a detective. Grade 4/5 looked at
finger_ prints to find' criminals. We
also wrote very good mystery
stories. Birthdays for this month

ping skills. In co-ordination with
this unit we will be participating in
an orienteering program at the
Wawanosh Conservation. Centre.
This will give us a chance to put
