When a kind word or thank you card doesn't seem like enough, there is still a way of showing appreciation to that special young person who has touched your life or served our community. The Ontario Junior Citizen of the Year Awards .have, since 1981, given recognition to young people between ages six and 18 who display determination, courage, bravery,' or those intan- gible qualities which make for an all-round "good kid".
