The Kinloss' Township Council
met in specialsession on Wednes-
day, .August 21 at 8 pm. The reeve,
clerk and all council members were
in attendance.
Before addressing ,the agenda,
councillor David. Eadie - stated .a
conflict of interest with regard to
the tile • dran loan application . for
Doris Eadie.
Upon a motion by • McBride,
seconded by MacKinnon, the ap-
plication for the tile drain. loan for
Doris Bailie was accepted subject to
the availability of funds at the tune
of completion.
In other business arising at this
special meeting,. a building permit
application was 'accepted for Art
(Helm to erect two self -standing
roofs on poles for cattle shelter.
Council voted to support the
resolution from the Township of
Aldborough that states .an op-
libation
p-l bation of the strict cnforement of
the Federal Fisheries Act by the
Ontario 1Vtnistry of Natural Resour-
ces. The clerk was instructed to
send copies ,of this support to the
appropriate parties. •
The clerk WaS, also instructed to
pay the weed inspector's fees and
tillage cost of working a local farm.
Thi charges will be added to the
taxes of the property in. question.
The next meeting of the Kiitaloss
council is Scheduled for September
3 at 1:30 pm, or at the call of the
