Atom B team ends season with a win and a losi
The Atom 13 team wound up their
season of regular play with two
games on home ice.- On February
11, Ripley came to town and dam-
pened their spirits somewhat with a
victory. Ripley played hard and
Lucknow was unable to penetrate
their defence and subsequently had
few shots on goal. At the same
time, they peppered many shots on
Lucknow's goaltender who had to
be ready at all times. With many
good saves, the score stayed lower
than it may have been. The final
score was Ripley 11, Lucknow O.
- On February, the Lucknow squad,
healed from the wounds to their
egos, wok on one of the Kincardine
teams. The teams were more evenly
matched and provided considerable
entertainment for the cheering
families.
