concerns OFA
The coloured desert fuel issue was of great
concern to many delegates at the OPA
annual convention in Toronto this past week.
While this problem developed too late in the
fall to have a resolution placed on the
convention agenda, three counties, includ-
ing Huron, brought a resolution to conven-
tion •on this topic.
The resolution committee felt this issue
