Mowbray and on Wednesday Rev. and Mrs. Angus Mac- Kay and Bertha MacKay also visited. Mrs. Mowbray, Rev, and Mrs. MacKay and Ber- tha are going to get settled in Kitchener. On Sunday, Mrs..Bott of Fergus and Mrs. Patsy Brown and Cathy Brown of Arthur visited with Mrs. Hazel Purdon in Wanghain Hospital. They also visited with Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Rintoul and Mrs. Moffat of Lucknow. Cathy Purdon of Toronto spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs Ar- chie Pyrdon. Jerry Ross of Edmonton, Alberta is visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Jim Ross and family East Wawanosh. President Ted Bowers cal- led the meeting to order. His main item of business was the Thrift Store, operating on themain street in the old post office building. More volunteers are • needed ..to operate the store as it is now open 'Tuesdays, 'Thursdays and Saturdays.
