dinner the 40 guests whohad
gathered for the dinner went
to Cardiff's home .in Brussels
for the afternoon.

The Whitechurch 4-H club
meeting was held at Mrs.
Purdon's June 25
The meeting opened with the
pledge by seven .members,.
Lorie. and Marilyn Jamieson,
Kim . and Janet. Laidlaw;
Karen Elliott, ' Cathy Bow,
Kendra Purdon.
The officers elected were
Kendra Purdon, president;
Marilyn Jamieson, vice pres-
ident; Lorie Jamieson, press
reporter., All paid $2.00 to
cover materials for the club.
-Mrs, Elliott talked on prepar-
ing for. a trip out. They
planned an imaginary trip.
. Mrs. Purdon talked on mak-
ing animal tracks. They used
some examples made at the
training school and practiced
making their own. They
• made ham . and cheese roll-
upsand cooked over an open
fire and toasted " marshal -
lows.
