Barry Austin of Kingsbridge on. May 15 at 7 p.m. The• bride is the daughter of Mr, and Mrs. Keith Kerr of Wroxeter and the groom is the son of Mr.• and Mrs. Vincent Austin. of Kingsbridge. The Reverend . Wittich of Blyth officiated at the double -ring ceremony assisted by the Reverend Cowan of Dungannon. Soloist . Dixie Cameron sang Sunrise, Sunset, ' The Rose and The Wedding Song accompanied on the organ by Mrs. Raynard. The bride was • given in marriage by . her parents. She wore a white sheer gown with long puffed sleeves with button cuffs and a pleated skirt with a wide brim _of lace surrounding the lower skirt • • and train. The sweetheart neckline of the dress was accented by a peal heart necklace, a gift from the. groom. The bride also wore a finger tip veil and : wide brimmed hat turned up at one side and held with a satin ribbon and sprig of lily of the valley. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses and mauve and purple violets. Maid of honor was 'Patty Brindley of Goderich, friend of the bride. She wore a mauve polyester gown with spaghetti straps, a sheer satin striped high neck and matching long sleeved„ mauve Jacket. She also wore a pearl necklace, a gift of the bride and ° groom. She carried a lace fan decorated with a corsage of white „with and mauve and purpleviolets. 'Bridesmaids were Dianne Readman of Wingham, aunt of the bride and Laurie and Darlene Kerr of Wroxeter, sisters of the bride. She wore a. long pink polyester gown with short puff sleeves and a white eyelet pinafore with Couple chooses spring wedding Saint Anthony's Roman Catholic Church in Kincar- dine was decorated with spring flowers for the mar- riage of Kelly Ann Mackie of R. 3, Holyrood and Brian Gamble of R. 4 Ripley on May 8, 1982 at 3 p.m. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Mackie of R. 3 Holyrood -and . the groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Allan Gamble of R. 4, Ripley. Father , Malone conducted the ceremony. The bride, give in mar- raige 'by her father, chose a long floor length gown which- featured a cape effect with brocade and beadsto accent. Her picture hat was adorned with flowers to match her bouquet of white roses, pink forget-me-nots and baby's breath. Carol Buchmeier ° of R. 3, Holyrood was maid of honour for her friend. She chose a' lilac polyester floor length gown featuring lace inserts front and back on the bodice and a high neckline. She car- ried deep mauve roses, pink forget-me-nots and baby's breath. Susan Dawson of Stratford and Sharon Mackie, sister of the bride, R. 3, . Holyrood were bridemaids. They wore gowns and carried dowers similar to the maid of hon- our, ` Murray Scott of Ripley was groomsman and Rob Lee of R. 4, Ripley and Dave Gamble, brother of the groom, R. 4, Ripley ushered guets. Ian Culbert of R. 4, Ripley was organist and provided traditional wedding music for the ceremony. The bride's mother receiv- �d guests at a reception following at the Ripley Com- plex. She wore a floor length gown of dusty rose polyester and a pink rose corsage 'with white feathers. The groom's mother as- sisted wearing a floor length pink polyester gown with sheer cape and a" corsage of deep pink roses and white feathers. The couple will be residing, in Tavistock where the groom is employed with Roth Elect- ric. pink smocking. She carried a lace basket filled with pink roses and baby's breath. The flower girls were Amanda. Mallough, R. R. 5 Goderich, ° and Holly Park, Goderich, nieces of the bride. They were gowned the same as the junior brides- maid and also carried lace baskets. Groomsman was John , De74° Bruyn, Lucknow, friend of the groom. Ushers were David Shepherd, Sarnia, and Alan Shepherd, Kitamat, B.C., brothers of the groom. Junior usher was Steven Stothers, R. r R. 6 Goderich, nephew of the bride. Ring bearers were Matthew and Wesley Drennan, R. R. 6 Goderich, nephews of the bride. • Cliff McNeil was Master of Ceremonies at a dinner and reception following the wed- ding ceremony held :in the Lucknow Community Centre which was. decorated with candles and roses and a four tier wedding cake decorated by the bride's sister, Valerie Mallough, The bride's mother greet- ed guests wearing a coral chiffon street . lengthdress with corsage of matching roses.1 The . groom's mother assisted wearing a blue flowered polyester street length dress with a, corsage of pink roses: For a wedding trip to .
