The bride was • given in
marriage by . her parents.
She wore a white sheer gown
with long puffed sleeves with
button cuffs and a pleated
skirt with a wide brim _of lace
surrounding the lower skirt

and train. The sweetheart
neckline of the dress was
accented by a peal heart
necklace, a gift from the.
groom.
The bride also wore a
finger tip veil and : wide
brimmed hat turned up at
one side and held with a satin
ribbon and sprig of lily of the
valley. She carried a bouquet
of yellow roses and mauve
and purple violets.
Maid of honor was 'Patty
Brindley of Goderich, friend
of the bride. She wore a
mauve polyester gown with
spaghetti straps, a sheer
satin striped high neck and
matching long sleeved„

with a corsage of white

headdress was a matching.

'seed pearl headpiece caught
with a •three quarter length
silk illusion veil. She carried
pink roses, baby's breath

chiffon overbodice top with V

Saint Anthony's Roman
Catholic Church in Kincar-
dine was decorated with
spring flowers for the mar-
riage of Kelly Ann Mackie of
R. 3, Holyrood and Brian
Gamble of R. 4 Ripley on
May 8, 1982 at 3 p.m. The
bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Russell Mackie of
R. 3 Holyrood -and . the
groom's parents are Mr. and
Mrs. Allan Gamble of R. 4,
Ripley.
Father , Malone conducted
the ceremony.
The bride, give in mar-
raige 'by her father, chose a
long floor length gown which-
featured a cape effect with
brocade and beadsto accent.
Her picture hat was adorned
with flowers to match her
bouquet of white roses, pink
forget-me-nots and baby's
breath.
Carol Buchmeier ° of R. 3,
Holyrood was maid of honour
for her friend. She chose a'
lilac polyester floor length
gown featuring lace inserts
front and back on the bodice
and a high neckline. She car-
ried deep mauve roses, pink
forget-me-nots and baby's
breath.
Susan Dawson of Stratford
and Sharon Mackie, sister of
the bride, R. 3, . Holyrood
were bridemaids. They wore
gowns and carried dowers
similar to the maid of hon-
our, `
Murray Scott of Ripley was
groomsman and Rob Lee of
R. 4, Ripley and Dave
Gamble, brother of the
groom, R. 4, Ripley ushered
guets.
Ian Culbert of R. 4, Ripley
was organist and provided
traditional wedding music for
the ceremony.
The bride's mother receiv-

following at the Ripley Com-
plex. She wore a floor length
gown of dusty rose polyester
and a pink rose corsage 'with
white feathers.

pink polyester gown with

The couple will be residing,
in Tavistock where the groom
is employed with Roth Elect-
ric.
