Members of the club have worked the put two Saturdays to levelthe outfield and put down sod and lay stone dust on the infield. They plan to built] a back stop to complete the project. Funds .raised at their form- al dance earlier this spring are being used for this project. The club has chosen a king and, queen for the County Formal. They are Robin Markham as King and. Bren- da Henderson as Queen. Reports from the different committees were given. The club will be going camping for a weekend at Point Farms in the .month of August. The . Horticultural Society has asked the club to build flower boxes for the medical centre. They. will be holding a raffle on a card table and chair set as first prize 'and a fan as second prize. The tickets are available from. any Junior Farmer member. The committee for a float for the Lucknow Fall Fair was chos- en. The Community Better- ment, Project this year is to improve onek of the baseball diamonds at Brookside School.
