Wylds 'Last week started with the.. end of the month of March and ended with the start of April. Maybe. that was the reason that the weather of the week started out as spring with most of the snow melting away. Last. Tuesday evening, March 30, the first lightning and thunder storm swept the area. It com- menced as a drizzle around supper time and kept in- creasing until by eight the rain was . coming down in sheets' and was sweeping along on .the paved road like drifting snow. Then the week ended with winter back just.. when everybody had thought that spring was here. On Saturday afternoon a white skiff of snow covered the ground. By suppertime there was a "white out" overthis part of Western Ontario. This coming weekend is Easter, Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Monday.
