Grab a bite that's right
The theme, "Grab a Bite,
that's Right", has been
chosen for this year's Nation-
al Nutrition Month campaign
because Canadians are eat-
ing more and more of their
meals away from home. In
order to follow the advice in
the slogan you must be
knowledgeable about . good
food choices. Articles,,activ-
ities and interviews are being
featured this month to help
you to improve your nutrition
"know how":
Most restaurants and fast
food establishments offer
nutritious choices but you
must be able to spot them.
and be willing toselect them.
Here are some simple guide -
