have returned home after
two weeks in the Barbados.
They enjoyed their trip very
much and are quite glad they
missed some of our storms.
Bob and Mary McNay of
Amberley have also returned
home after their holidays in
Venezuela.
Jim Webster of Waterloo,
son of Wellington 'and Kae
Webster, has returned ' to
Waterloo to start back to
work at . Acorn .Kitchens in
Kitchener after a two week
shut down because of a lack
of orders.
Kevin MacKenzie, son of
Ross and Jean• MacKenzie,.
has been lucky in locating 'a
job in Toronto at the Tilden
Rent -a -car depot.
Wellington, Kae and Jim
Webster visited with Mrs.
Norma Young of Goderich
and. Mrs. Viola Farquhar,
who is a patient in the God -
erich hospital. •
Margaret McLeod receiv-
ed word recently of the
passingof her brother, Rod .
McLeod . of Medicine Hat,
Alberta. Mr. McLeod passed.
away it the age of ninety-
one. Margaret is now . the
only 'remaining. member of
the McLeod family.
The community sends get
well wishes to Murray Mc-
Donald of Ripley, formerly of
this area, and also to Mr.
Mac Boyd of Pine River.

12th annual meeting

Trinity United Church held
their 12th annual meeting
• after the worship service on
sunday. An ' invitation was
extended to Rev. Arthur
Scott . to be minister for
another year, July 1982 to
June 1983. The supervising
minister is Rev. Stewart
Miner of Exeter. The mem-
bers of session are: clerk,
Charles Wilkins,' Wm F.
Andrew, . Kenneth, Alton,
Mrs, • Ella Hackett, Warren
Zinn and Ivan Cranston. It
was decided to have anniver-
sary. Sunday on May 30,
1982.
Mrs. GebrgeHenry spent
several days visiting with her
daughter, Faye ' and' Herb
Oakes George and Michael
of Clinton.
Dona Campbell, Sandy
and Sheila visited over the
weekend with Arn Campbell
and his parents, Mr: and
Mrs. George Campbell of R.
R. It .1 Petrolia. Arn is
working in Sarnia now.

enjoyed a two week vacation
at Daytona • Beach, Florida.
