Snowmobilers join Timmie Run

Miss Linda Moore left by
plane on Sunday from; Tor-
onto after a two week holiday
to return to her work at the
Credit Union in Okotoks.
Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Wilk-
ens of Kitchener spent Satur- .
day and Sunday with his
mother, Mrs. Doris Wilkens,
Glenna and Crystal.
On - Sunday the United
Church held communion ser-
vices with Rev. Martin of
Gorrie in ,charge.
The annual meeting of the
United Church was held in
the church Thursday evening
with Mr. Robert Perry in
charge.
The storm on Sunday
afternoon . was really lively
with wind and blowing snow.
In the evening the storm
subsided and we had a short
period of rain followed later.

the spring project at Mrs.
Walter Elliott's home on Sat-
urday with eight members

dough. She discussed the
tools necessary to make

turn trying to , make pizza
dough. Everyone enjoyed
sampling the prepared pizza.
Mrs. Roely de Boer and
Joanne called on Mr. and
Mrs: Victor Emerson on Fri-
day evening and also visited
with Mrs. Symon de Boer of
Lucknow. -
Mr. and kMrs. Bill Gibson
went to • Milwaukee .last
week, where Bill attended a
special course in his line of
work. Mrs. • Gibson did some
visiting on • the route, home
and arrived home Wednes-
day. Bill' arrived home on the
weekend.
