Gordon and Catherine Bar-
ger spent . Christmas with
their son, Herb, his wife,
Rosalene, Tara and Matthew
at their home in Kincardine
oni December 27, which was
also Gordon and Catherine's
wedding anniversary. They
were married in Perth Av-
enue Presbyterian' Church,
Toronto 43 years ago. They
have a family of five, sons and
two daughters and 14 grand
children. All attended to cel
ebrateincluding their son,
Ken,' his wife, Janet and
their. daughters, .Lisa : and.
Michele from. Toronto, who
were visiting his parents over.
the Christmas holiday week-
end.
Wendy and BiR Toney,
Leigh, Ann and Rob, of Gull
Lake, Saskatchewan, visited
over the holiday', with her
patents, Bob and • Isabel
MacKenzie, LHcki ow; also
with her sister and husband,
Joan and John - Pollard of

brotherand his wife, John
and Susan MacKenzie of
Kincardine,
Grant Helm, Sharon Dietz,
Leisa and Adrian spent
Christmas Day with Art and

Darlene also attended the
Helm ,Christmas.

grade 3 and 4 class combined
to partake of a full Christmas
dinner in room 9.
The school. children had a
chance to go skating : in
Lucknow on. Friday. .They
were taken to the arena by
bus and brought back to the
school in time to get home on
their ` regular bus, unless
parents chose to pick them
up at .the arena.

W.M.S. meeting was held on
Tuesday, Deceriber 22 it 2
p.m. at the home of Mrs.
WM. Rantoul. Mrs. John de
Boer c,4pened the meeting
with a .poem. The scripture
was read by Mrs. Don Ross,
who also gave the medita-
tion.
A reading, Seasons of . Joy
and Blessings, was given by
Mrs. Bill Rintoul. Mrs. Wes-
ley Tiffin gave a reading,
Christmas Changes Many
Things. Mrs. Mensinga gave
a reading, What I Think of
Christmas.
The topic, 0 Worship the
King, was given' by. Mrs.
John de Boer. Sheclosed.
with a poem, The Cbtistmas
Prayer. Mrs. Alan 'Falconer'
gave a reading, Christmas
Legends -
The offering was received
by Amy Falconer and donat-
ed by Mrs. R. de Boer.
The president, Mrs. Don
Ross, presided for the busi-
ness. There • were mine at-
tenders
ttenders and two children. It
was decided to send 11 folks
at Pinecrest packages of
cookies.
