make a pleasant cheap for after-

cut in pieces
1 cup cold strong coffee
Dash of salt
3 tablespoons sugar
5 cups milk
Place chocolate and coffee In upper
part of douhle taller over direct heat.
Stir until chocolate Is melted and
Wended. Add malt and sugar. Boll
four minutes, .tlrring conatantly.
Place Deer hot water. Add milk grad -
roily, stirring eon,tantly. When hot,
beat with rotary egg heater 'Intl/ light
.end frothy. CoolPour over cracked
Ire In tall glasses. Top with one
iahbeepnon mweett:ned, whipped cream.

salt, and water in upper part of
double falser. Place over Mires heat
end boll fifteen 'minntea, littering con-
stantly. Add milk. place over Dot
water, and heat. Add vanilla and heat
with rotary egg heater until light and
frothy. Nerve Immediately. Serves
