teacher and principal D.A.
McLay died in Queensway
General Hospital in Toronto.
On Monday. Oifternoon the
funeral service was held and
interment followed in : Park
Lawn Cemetery in Toronto.
He is survived by his 'wife
Mary, two daughters Mrs.
Rosalind Roberts . and Mrs.
Donna Hillman, four grand-
children, 'and also by his
sister Margaret (Mrs. Floyd
Strathdee) all of Toronto.
Sympathy is extended at this
timeof bereavement. D.A.
(Donald Alan) McLay was a
native of Ripley, son of the
late Mr.. and Mrs. John
McLay who lived in the pre-`
sent* home of Mr. and Mrs.
Dan MacDonald across from
the honey house in the north
east part of the village. The
family were Annie, . Dave,
George, Margaret, and Ken-
ny, with Margaret who is
Mrs. Floyd . Strathdee of
Weston the sole surviving
member.
