Nancy Haldenby read over the demonstration, Omelets Made .Easy.: A game organized by Julie Clarke and Christine Gibson made for some Hallowe'en fun. The girls were blind- folded and asked to touch gooey foods which Julie and Christine described as being things pertaining to Hallowe- -, 'en, such as bats` wings and owl's eyes. The girls enjoyed a meal of chicken and egg dishes fol- lowed by a game of Eggram- mer, which provideda re- view of the topics learned in the project. The members then decid- ed on the colour of " their folders and picture that Tony Gingrich, Donna Rearnan and Susan Meyer had brought. They talked about the difference• of fresh and stale eggs and how you could tell the difference between them. Susan Meyer wasel- ected commentator for the Achievement, Day program Andy Meyer acrd Tony Ging- rich then made an Eggonom- ical Quiche and the members discussed the purpose of using eggs in recipes. The fourth meeting of the Holytood Kackleberry Kooks was held at Mts. Barb Gingrich's'home. The mem- bers embers discussed their partici- pation artici-pation in Achievement Day. The enrembe°rs learned and tried how to separate the egg whites from tire yolk. Donna Reiman and Susan Meyer. demenstrated how to make a Top Hat Scuffle. Lueknow Outlaws tie game The Lucknow Ow aws Brooinball team played their fast game of the season October 25. They ' started their season off with a tie against the Bervie team. The score wash 2 - 2. Scoring for . the Outlaws were goal - Roger Forsyth, assist - Ralph Monism. goal - Ken McWhinney, .assist' - Tony Howald: • Special mention goes to Steve Chaniirey who gave a great individual effort. The . second game was played Sunday night against the Fighters. The score was 4 - 0 for the Fighters. Better luck next time.
