the home of his parents, Mr..
Last Friday . evening we
had our first taste of winter
• as snow ,fell heavily in the
early evening and made
rods quite slippery. It lasted
over Saturday, disappearing
on Sunday.
Another sign of,winter was
a large flock of wild geese
flying high overhead early.

A T-shirt party was held
Tuesday evening at the home
of Mrs. Hope Springer of
Whitechurch with about 10
ladies'present. Demonstrator,
,was Janet Little. Lunch was
served afterwards by the
hostess. ,
