One hundred. C.G.I.T.
girls and leaders from the
counties of Bruce, Huron and
Perth attended a Rally and
Leaders' Workshop .at North
Street United Church, God-
erich on. Saturday. The
theme was, , Gifts: Theirs,
Mine and Ours.
Anne. Jefferson, Fullarton
and Nancy Nicol, Atwood did
the opening worship on, Our
Gifts, and led in, a singsong.
These girls attended Ontario
Camp Council in August..
The leaders' workshop was
held by Lynne Longmuir,
area educational consultant
for the Presbyterian church.
Problems in CGIT groups ,
were discussed and some
'Bible Study methods . tried
out. CGIT supplies and . re-
sources werefor sale.
The girls enjoyed three
workshops. Ruth Bell, Luck -
now, led them in creative and
'folk dancing.-- How to do
worship was led by Mavis
Brodie, Toronto, and Char-
lotte Duke, Seaforth. A love-
ly gift -type craft was demon-
strated by Glenda Byrd,

problems that disabled per-
sons have and answered
questions from the girls. Jo
Mitchell, Pine River, ex-
plained about the special
project for the International
Year for Disabled Persons.
Many of the groups have
held 'special fund-raising ev-
ents -and three wheelchairs
will be presented to hospitals
in he Tri -County area. A
donation will: also be given to
the -March of- Dimes.
Ginny McIntosh, Pine Riv-
er, led the closingwith the
reading, The . World Is Mine,
and all joined in the singing
of, All. That I Am, and Taps.
