The fourth meeting of the •
Kairshea Krazy Mucks was
held at the home of member,
Julie Clark on October 8 with
everyone present.
• After the •roll call, Name
• parts of, the egg from the
• outside in, the girls learned
how to separate the,yolk from
• the white of an egg using
various utensils. Each of the,
girls took a turn. •
Linda Vander Klippe made
• Top Hat .- Cheese Souffle
assisted •by leader, Mrs.
Mali, Christine Gibson then
denionstrated the emulsify-
• ing agent in eggs by prepar-
• ing two salad dressings: one
. with an egg and one without.
Leader Mrs, Ritchie made a
salad and the memberstast-
ed the dressings to see which
they preferred. •
• The , members discussed
preventing overbeaten eggs
• and folding -eggs, They also
planned a Hallowe'en Party
