June 27 to surprise and
honour Jack and Alice
Thomson (nee Alice
Hodgins) in the celebration
of their 50th .Wedding
Anniversary, hosted by their
son Keith and Pat Thomson
of Toronto, assisted by their
nephew, Al and Alma
Hodgins of London.
jack and Alice are natives
to the Lucknow area, being
married in Bervie (near
Kincardine)* on June 27,
O 1931, After living in'
Luclmow for some five
years, 0 they moved to:.
•Kirkland Lake where they
resided for nearly 20' years,
at which time they moved to
• North Bay wherethey
presently live and have for
some 25 years.
Among the many cards of

The couple were also
honoured on Sunday at a
special 'Brunch' held at the
farm of Keith and Pat
Thomson. Many friends and
relatives dropped by to
express 'Best Wishes'
throughout the day.
They have six grand-
children and one great-
grandson. me Thomsons
were bereaved by a
daughter, Donelda.
