the United Church Women
held a supper in . White-
church Community Hall.
They had a good . crowd in
attendance and supper was.
served from 5.30 to 7.30 p.m.

Lucknow Central.. Public
School's grades 1 and 2 went
on their trip to Wingham.
Places visited were the high
school, Royal Moines, the
hospital and Zehrs store.
They left at 10 a.m, and
returned home around 3 p.m..

who quietly celebrated their
37th wedding anniversary on
Saturday.
Little Brian Lubbers this
week celebrated his 4th
birthday with a party. Con-

Our .garage man, Ivan
Huisser,, last week had
pumps installed to serve
;gasoline but as yet they do
not work. We hope by now
they are working because it
is . inconvenient to have no
gasoline in the village.

who wished to attend a picnic
where he used to reside.
