Gibson and Shirley Hunter.

Board,: attended the meeting
to report on the figure skat-
ing, hockey and swimming
programs conducted in Luck-
now. Costs are down because
there, are more peoole.partic-
ipating in these programs.
No major repairs are requir-
ed to prepare the pool for the
upcoming season. Mr. Huntk
er also reported he hopes' to
start a minor hockey coaches'
training program.
Rolling the Dungannon
ball . diamond was discussed

and a coach for boys t -ball is
required. Interest in a Junior
Farmers Girls baseball team
has also been indicated. • The.
team will require assistance
in obtaining equipment.
A motion' was passed that
all men's baseball teams pay
$50 fee to . their home dia.

will be due at the beginning
of the' season. An alternate
charge of $10 per game will
be made to those teams not
wishing to belong and . all
outside . teams using the

Herb Wilkins brought to
the board's attention that
Brookside Public School is
attempting to raise the funds
tobuild a . creative play-
ground at the school and will
require approximately 55,000
to complete the playground.
The community is' urged to
support their fund raising
projects.
