• The monthly meeting of
the West Huron Junior Far-
• mers was held at Brookside .
Public School on. April 13.
The meeting opened with the
• singing of the Junior Farmer
song by approximately 35
• members. •
• Seven new nterithers were
present at the meeting since
this is membership month..
The new membes were wel-
• comed to the club.
A. retninder was made
about the formal on April 25
• at the Lucknow Community
• Centre. Dancing will be from
9 - 1 to 'Star Trek' with a
• buffet included. Tickets .are
available from any of • the
mendkers.
Alex Irvin represented the
club at the president's Work-
shop 'held in London March
17 - 19. He reported there
•were many interesting' guest.'
it was a very worthwhile
experience. ' •,
The two delegates to the
Junior, FarmersConference
• held in Toronto March 27 and
28 were Audrey Ritchie and'
Murray •Irvin. They • heard
different guest speakers, saw
demonstrations and attended
the banqitet 2(dinner, and
• dance) on Saturday night.
They found it to be an
enjoyable, time.

a trial basis this year for new
Members. For various activ-
ities you earn a certain
number of points which can
be traded in for various •
prizes such as pens, decals, -
hats, t -shirts, etc.

then discussed. The meeting
ended • with various games
conducted by members as
well as, a wild game -of floor
